Born in 1967, EMBA, Ph.D., senior engineer. He worked at Nanjing University of Science and Technology and worked as a long-term consultant of the State Food and Drug Administration. He is engaged in food and drug safety regulatory research and information planning and construction. He has presided over a number of large-scale projects of national ministries and commissions, including the Beijing Olympic Games food safety traceability system project, the National Family Planning Commission's family planning system, and the Beijing Drug Safety Information Platform Construction Project. Has many years of experience in corporate and industry management.
